A320 Captain – Commercial Airline Pilot

About the role

As an A320 Captain at flyadeal, you will command the aircraft and lead the flight crew, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused operations across the airline’s growing network in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the A320 in compliance with GACA regulations and company policies.
• Exercise command authority for all flight operations and crew members onboard.
• Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline and decision‑making.
• Monitor weather, operational conditions and aircraft performance to make sound operational decisions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards, incidents or irregularities.
• Represent flyadeal professionally on duty and during layovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours on A320 or turbo‑jet aircraft above 30 tons.
• At least 2,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command on A320 or similar.
• Valid ICAO ATPL (GACA licence preferred or convertible) and current A320 type rating.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate (GACA/EASA/FAA equivalent).
• English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• No history of accidents or serious incidents and a clear criminal record.
