About the role
The Abattoir Operator will work on the slaughterhouse floor, supporting meat processing operations and ensuring that all activities comply with hygiene, safety and quality standards. This full‑time position is based in Saudi Arabia and reports to the production supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain slaughterhouse equipment, including stunning, cutting and processing machinery.
- Handle carcasses and meat products following strict hygiene and quality protocols.
- Keep the processing area and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation and occupational health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support daily production targets and assist in achieving operational goals.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in meat processing or a related slaughterhouse environment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced setting.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
