About the role
The Academy Phase Administrator ensures smooth administrative and logistical operations for the club's academy. You will support daily functions, coordinate internal departments, and liaise with external bodies to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Academy Operations team, maintaining accurate player, staff, and activity records.
- Plan and execute logistical arrangements for academy events, including venues, transportation, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with HR to manage player and staff documentation, contracts, and policy compliance.
- Work with Finance to track budgets, expenses, and procurement for travel, events, and supplies.
- Liaise with SAFF and the Ministry of Sport to ensure regulatory compliance, handle registrations, licensing, and audit documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Diploma in Sports Management (CIES, FIFA, or LDI accredited) preferred.
- FIFA Guardians Safeguarding Certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or secretarial roles.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and Ministry of Sport (MoS) regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional Arabic or Spanish skills are a plus.
