Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

An Accor hotel in Makkah is looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of staff accommodation. The role ensures a safe, clean, comfortable and well-maintained living environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and overall condition of staff accommodation.
• Keep rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms and facilities clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Carry out regular inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Monitor room allocations, occupancy, check-in and check-out, and accommodation records.
• Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security and Housekeeping on accommodation matters.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accommodation rules and health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Resolve employees' accommodation concerns and enforce accommodation rules.
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, occupancy, maintenance requests and inventory, and monitor accommodation supplies.
• Handle emergencies or incidents and report them to the relevant department.
• Follow up on corrective actions and maintain a respectful relationship with employees while ensuring discipline.

Required profile

• Previous experience in staff accommodation, hotel operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage employees and handle accommodation issues professionally.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and accommodation standards.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and respond to operational needs.
