F&B Outlets Manager

About the role

A member of the Accor network, which includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants, is looking for an experienced, hands-on F&B Outlets Manager for Novotel Thakher Makkah. The role oversees daily Food & Beverage operations so that all restaurants and bars consistently deliver high-quality service and an exceptional guest experience, with a focus on operational leadership, floor supervision, team performance, guest satisfaction, sales performance and compliance with hotel and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with service standards, presentation, ambiance and employee attitude.
• Ensure a consistent, exceptional guest experience and lead outlet managers, supervisors, captains and team members toward operational and service objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, sales targets and average check, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Run and support daily pre-shift briefings on priorities, guest service, upselling and promotions, and follow up on guest feedback, internal audits and action plans.
• Support outlet revenue, upselling and commercial targets, and ensure menus, promotions, special events and F&B activations are executed properly.
• Follow up on guest complaints, ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards, and prepare and review operational reports and action plans.
• Work closely with F&B Management and other hotel departments and perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar F&B Outlets Manager / F&B Manager role.
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets or high-volume operations.
• Experience in Makkah hotel operations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, solve problems and make decisions.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.

• Good knowledge of guest service standards, upselling and revenue generation.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
