Account Director – MENA (Enterprise AI Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Director for the MENA region to accelerate revenue growth for Cognition’s AI platform, Devin. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and demoing to closing and customer activation, while providing product feedback to the engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for early‑stage to enterprise customers.
• Navigate complex, layered organisations, engaging C‑suite executives, AI and technology leaders, procurement and legal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sourcing, demo and closing strategies for multi‑level buying groups.
• Identify customers’ technical pain points, qualify use‑cases and match Devin to appropriate teams.
• Uncover new use‑cases within technology organisations and relay feedback to product and engineering.
• Generate pipeline, close deals and help build a high‑performing technical sales organisation.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling highly technical solutions to enterprise customers.
• Technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer or forward‑deployed engineer, or an exceptional ability to learn complex technical problems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and willingness to take on expanding responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Experience founding a startup, closing large enterprise software deals, or transitioning from a technical role to a go‑to‑market position is a plus.
