Account Director - Partnership Management

About the role

Elevate is seeking an Account Director to lead partnership engagements between its rights‑holder clients and sponsor brands. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring both parties achieve maximum commercial returns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and activate partnership and sponsorship agreements.
• Design and implement partnership programmes, from planning through reporting.
• Manage relationships with venues, federations, agencies and other stakeholders.
• Analyse data and ROI to optimise partnership performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including C‑suite and board members.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing high‑profile partnerships in the GCC or similar markets.
• Strong experience in sponsorship rights valuation and ROI analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within a fast‑paced team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
