Account Management – Senior to Director – Riyadh

About the role

Four, an international independent agency, is expanding its client‑services team in Riyadh. We are hiring across several seniority levels – from Senior Account Executive to Account Director – to work on creative, communications and social campaigns for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly and professionally.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, keep projects on track, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and lead meeting agendas, status updates, reporting and client communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated work, bringing the right people together at the right time.
• Identify and resolve issues early, using initiative and sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering high‑quality work.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AI platforms for research and insight generation.
