Account Management – Senior to Director (Riyadh)

About the role

Four, an international independent agency, is expanding its client‑services team in Riyadh. We are hiring across several seniority levels – Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director – to work on creative, communications and social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly and professionally.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, keeping projects on track, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver meeting agendas, status updates, reports and other client communications.
• Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Identify issues early, propose solutions and maintain momentum using sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercially aware and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, cross‑disciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI platforms for research and insight generation.
