Account Manager – 2D/3D Print & Promotional Merchandise

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead 2D/3D print and promotional merchandise projects for a leading FMCG client in Riyadh. The role combines client‑facing service with internal coordination to deliver high‑quality, on‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client, capture full specifications and deadlines, and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Provide technical input, brief suppliers, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor progress, enforce specifications, and introduce innovative methods as needed.
• Prepare presentations, manage contractual requirements, and maintain accurate account administration and reporting.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&L, maximizing profit through performance analysis.
• Deliver services that meet or exceed SLAs while complying with regulatory and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven client service management experience, preferably on‑site, with a track record of maintaining relationships across multiple vendors.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and experience in 2D/3D print and promotional merchandise.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to handle several projects simultaneously, and solid time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to influence stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
