About the role
VOZ Music Production is seeking an Account Manager to lead B2B client relationships in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring successful delivery of creative and audio production projects, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing accounts.
- Oversee the full account lifecycle from onboarding through retention.
- Present tailored solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal production and creative teams to ensure project execution.
- Track performance metrics, client satisfaction, and key KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Proven ability to manage and grow B2B accounts.
- Strong B2B client handling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the creative, media, or audio industry is a plus.
