Account Manager – B2B Client Relations

About the role
VOZ Music Production is seeking an Account Manager to lead B2B client relationships in Riyadh. You will act as the primary contact for creative and audio production projects, ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients in the music and audio sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing accounts.
- Oversee the full account lifecycle from onboarding through retention.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal production and creative teams to deliver projects on time.
- Track performance metrics, client satisfaction, and key KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Proven track record handling B2B clients and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in the creative, media or audio industry is a plus.
