About the role
Master Works is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose appropriate DMS/ECM solutions.
- Generate new leads, conduct prospecting activities, and expand the customer base.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and evolving customer needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales or business development within the technology sector.
- Proven track record selling DMS and ECM solutions.
- Experience working with service providers, system integrators or technology solution companies.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on knowledge of IBM FileNet.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Laserfiche.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
