About the role
Leica Biosystems is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and market share for its histopathology portfolio across the central region of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will manage key accounts, expand existing relationships, and acquire new customers to support the company’s mission of advancing cancer diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets across the assigned territory and accounts.
- Promote the full Leica Biosystems portfolio through customer visits, relationship building, and teamwork.
- Develop account‑based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Research and identify new customers aligned with strategic directives to generate incremental growth.
- Manage the sales funnel end‑to‑end through successful close of opportunities.
- Own tender projects within the defined territory.
- Provide timely and accurate sales and order forecasting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant sales or account‑management experience in a clinical or life‑science environment.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and solid business acumen.
- Ability to build constructive relationships internally and externally.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the territory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
