Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager at OMQ serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that events are delivered to meet client expectations and OMQ’s brand standards. This position is central to maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships that drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts from kickoff through final delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact, coordinating Operations, Design, and Procurement teams.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ROI, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities in collaboration with Business Development.
• Resolve issues during event execution and provide post‑event feedback collection.
• Produce periodic performance and client satisfaction reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain consistent client messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of account management experience, preferably in events or services.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple projects under time pressure.
• Good understanding of budget management and ROI calculation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
