Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive client acquisition and nurture existing enterprise relationships across AIQU's core verticals, including AI, data, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, and software engineering. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on the broader Saudi Arabian market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert new enterprise clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract, including proposal development and commercial negotiation.
• Own post‑sale relationships, ensuring delivery satisfaction, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate internally with delivery and specialist teams to meet SLA commitments.
• Develop detailed account plans with growth targets, risk indicators, and relationship maps.
• Track and report pipeline health, win rates, revenue forecasts, and account performance to leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales planning and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience with a proven record of meeting revenue targets.
• Fluent Arabic speaker, preferably from Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, or similar regional background, with deep familiarity with KSA business culture.
• Hunter mentality – comfortable building a pipeline from cold outreach to close.
• Strong relationship instincts and ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑target environment.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
