Account Manager, Sales

About the role

Manage and grow key accounts by maintaining strong client relationships, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across hardware, software, and solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high customer satisfaction, retention, and new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans for major accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across hardware, software and solution offerings such as archiving and content management.
• Monitor account performance and devise strategies to expand business and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day account management ensuring smooth service delivery and product performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service and GDO teams to guarantee timely responses, accurate billing and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by promoting additional products, services and solutions aligned with customer objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑4 years proven sales experience.
