Account Manager – Social

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Social to lead our social media initiatives for key government and semi‑government clients in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative teams, ensuring that digital campaigns are strategically aligned and flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for high‑profile government accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholder communication.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver compelling content that meets client objectives.
• Prepare and present strategic reports, insights, and recommendations to senior client officials.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing government or semi‑government accounts in the KSA market.
• Deep understanding of the local culture, digital landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Strong client‑servicing, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Prior experience in a social media, digital, or integrated advertising agency.
• Currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
