Account Manager – Working Capital Sales, Al Khobar

About the role

Aajil is a Saudi, Sharia-compliant B2B working-capital fintech for the industrial supply chain, serving contractors, traders and manufacturers. It runs its lending business on an internal product suite covering credit decisioning, collections, deal processing, a sales platform, document intelligence and an AI outbound engine. This role is based in Al Khobar and is open to anyone who has sold to contractors, traders or industrial businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline from scratch: identify contractors, traders and manufacturers who need working capital and get in touch with the right person.
• Own the full sales cycle, from first call to signed deal: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate and close.
• Work the ground: most deals come from referrals, cold visits and calls to people in your network, not inbound leads.
• Track registrations, activations and GMV, keep the CRM updated, flag blockers early and know your conversion ratios.
• Spot patterns in segments or verticals and share them with the team so it can act on them.

Required profile

• Experience selling to contractors, traders or industrial businesses, or having sold into that world as a supplier (steel, pipes, cables, equipment, building materials).
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least some in construction, industrial supply, logistics or trading.
• Fluent Arabic and English, able to close a deal and write a follow-up.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to try another approach when something does not work, and able to work autonomously with a flat structure.
