About the role

The Account Technology role acts as a virtual Chief Technical Officer, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to customers on Microsoft solutions. The incumbent synthesizes business insights, aligns technology strategies with customer objectives, and drives digital transformation across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology roadmaps that translate customer business goals into Microsoft‑based solutions.

• Map technical requirements and business scenarios to appropriate Microsoft platforms.
