About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, manage hardware assets and help maintain our network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for computer systems, software and hardware via phone, email, in‑person or remote tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on laptops and desktops, and prepare equipment for new users.
- Diagnose and fix network connectivity problems, system failures and software malfunctions.
- Assist users in using various applications and hardware, explaining technical concepts in clear language.
- Maintain and monitor network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls.
- Collaborate with IT Engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of hands‑on technical support experience, preferably gained in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and server OS platforms.
- Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
- Experience with routers, switches and firewalls.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
- Familiarity with MCSE and CCNA certification content.
