Accountant (Cost Accounting)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on cost accounting, SAP journal processing, and ensuring compliance with Saudi accounting regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review accounting entries in SAP.
• Prepare financial and cost analysis reports.
• Participate in periodic inventory and asset counts and monitor inventory turnover.
• Support external audits (headquarters/local) and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS principles and Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and management teams.
• Manage daily company banking activities, including transfers, deposits, government payments, and other transactions.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the HQ Finance Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Minimum of 2 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing enterprise.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, and ZATCA regulations.
• Experience with online corporate banking and bank reconciliation.
