Accountant – FMCG – Jeddah (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a highly competent and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Jeddah. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the finance function in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Saudi national (citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
