About the role
Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to its sales team. The role ensures smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and internal departments while maintaining high standards of documentation and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, dispatching and tracking documents and training materials.
- Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with accurate trainer and client information.
- Assist in processing sales orders for training sessions, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution.
- Prepare training schedules, contracts, proposals, and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Follow up on client requests, quotations, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Organise and archive sales and trainer‑related documentation for easy retrieval.
- Record all trainer and client interactions, schedules, and feedback in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of experience in administrative coordination or similar roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time‑management and ability to handle competing priorities.
