About the role
The Administrative and Sales Support professional will assist the office with daily administrative tasks while helping the sales team generate new leads, arrange client meetings, and keep records organized. This hybrid role bridges office management and front‑line sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and update reports, office documentation, and internal databases.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and customer contact lists.
- Support daily office coordination and provide administrative assistance to management as needed.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce company services and identify new prospects.
- Arrange and schedule meetings between the sales team and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients, assist in appointment scheduling, and keep CRM or sales tracking systems up to date.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Required profile
- Saudi national (preferred for Saudization positions).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with new clients.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
