Administrative Assistant – Full‑time, On‑site in Jeddah

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join Longevity Wellness Hub’s Jeddah office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for clients and will ensure smooth daily operations across our wellness and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls and responding to emails.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate executive calendars and arrange logistics for community events and wellness sessions.
- Maintain organized filing systems, update records and prepare basic reports.
- Support day‑to‑day office functions such as ordering supplies and overseeing the reception area.
Required profile
- Strong administrative and executive support experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑service mindset.
- High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable punctuality and attendance for on‑site work in Jeddah.
Required skills
- Proficiency with common office software (email, calendar, spreadsheets and document editors).
