About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations of our office, support regional meetings and events, and provide professional reception for domestic and international visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office space, supplies, and fixed‑asset inventory to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end support for regional meetings, trainings, and hybrid events, including venue setup, equipment debugging, material preparation, minute‑taking and follow‑up.
- Handle business reception for clients and cross‑regional teams, covering itinerary coordination, on‑site reception, protocol and logistical arrangements.
- Assist with local business‑license reviews, filings and maintain organized archives of contracts and administrative documents.
- Respond promptly to daily administrative needs, emergency office affairs and provide stable support for front‑line business development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Administrative Management, Business Management or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles; experience in multinational or overseas settings is a plus.
- Prior exposure to the automotive or new‑energy sectors is highly preferred.
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to multitask and deliver error‑free results.
