About the role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a training institute or college. The role involves coordinating with students, trainers and management to ensure smooth educational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks specific to training institutes/colleges, including scheduling classes and maintaining attendance records.
- Coordinate communication between trainers, students, and management.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars and other training events.
- Maintain and update student and course records accurately.
- Handle inquiries from prospective and current students professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities.
- Support the management team with general office administration tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, education or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a training institute, college or other educational environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
