About the Role
Join a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification services. As an Administrative Coordinator at Applus+, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and seamless coordination between our office activities and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Main Missions
- Provide essential support for daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate and track submitted business proposals to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date filing systems and documentation.
- Prepare detailed internal reports to support management decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate responses to client inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a technical or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interaction.
- Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
