About the role
The Advertising Merchant Operations Expert will lead regional operations for advertiser and merchant segments across the Middle East. You will own revenue targets, ensure high satisfaction with campaign performance, and help grow the advertising business from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations for specific customer segments in the Middle East, managing revenue targets and advertiser satisfaction.
- Drive merchant acquisition and adoption of advertising solutions through online and offline channels.
- Develop consultative growth strategies by understanding client business models and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Provide daily client and sales support, resolving issues that arise during advertising delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client or merchant operations within the advertising sector.
- Professional proficiency in English; excellent cross‑cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work in diverse business environments across the Middle East.
