AI & Advanced Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Advanced Analytics Specialist to partner with business stakeholders and turn strategic goals into data‑driven solutions. You will design, build, and operationalize predictive models and AI applications that deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to define analytics use cases and translate objectives into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and validate predictive models for forecasting, classification, regression, and customer segmentation.
• Apply machine‑learning, optimization, and NLP techniques to generate business recommendations.
• Leverage Generative AI for automation, content summarisation, code generation, and insight extraction.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and deploy solutions on modern cloud platforms, primarily Google Cloud.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Monitor model performance, maintain documentation, and ensure reproducible analytics workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning or AI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
