AI Consultant – Senior AI Advisor

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a senior AI Consultant to provide advanced guidance, mentorship, and problem‑solving on complex AI initiatives. The role bridges AI technology with business objectives, ensuring projects stay state‑of‑the‑art while delivering measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory on challenging AI problems, evaluate modeling approaches and architectures, and troubleshoot issues such as training instability, non‑convergence, and data leakage.
• Review project plans and model designs for technical soundness and alignment with business goals.
• Identify high‑value AI opportunities, assess emerging technologies, and recommend strategic investments in capabilities or data assets.
• Collaborate across departments to avoid duplicated effort, share best practices, and translate AI capabilities and limitations for executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI research, prototype novel ideas, and engage with external communities through conferences, publications, and open‑source contributions.

Required profile

• Highly experienced professional with deep and broad knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, lead complex AI projects, and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
