AI Integration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Integration Engineer to join our AI & Data team. You will develop high‑performance backend services, create and maintain robust APIs, and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with internal and third‑party platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain backend AI integration solutions, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Enforce technical standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee data ingestion, cleaning, and labeling to guarantee data quality for model training.
• Coordinate model testing and validation, covering functional, performance, and bias assessments.
• Support production deployments, manage roll‑backs, and define release procedures.
• Monitor system performance, maintain dashboards, and trigger retraining workflows when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience building high‑performance backend services.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and Node.js.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role‑based access control.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable backend architectures.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
