AI / ML Senior Analyst

About the role

Join MBRF, a leading global food company, as an AI/ML Senior Analyst based in Jeddah. You will work at the intersection of data science and commercial strategy, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive sales performance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights on sales, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, demand, and portfolio performance.
• Build predictive models, automated alerts, and simulation tools to support forecasting, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance KPI frameworks, reporting, and AI‑driven business capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency while translating technical findings into executive‑ready dashboards and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems using data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent in English; Arabic or Portuguese is a plus.
