AI-Native Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Native Software Developer to join a fully remote, international engineering team. You will design, develop, and improve AI‑enhanced software products used by customers worldwide, taking full ownership from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of software projects, from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Integrate AI into the development workflow by creating effective validation processes and automation strategies.
• Design, build, test, and maintain high‑quality backend solutions with strong performance and reliability.
• Monitor production behavior, analyse results and identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.
• Develop scalable backend architectures, including database schema design and complex SQL queries.
• Explore innovative approaches, prototype new ideas and turn insights into evidence‑based product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable backend frameworks.
• Strong SQL expertise, capable of designing schemas and writing complex queries efficiently.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and workflows within a full software development lifecycle.
• Commitment to software quality, including thorough self‑testing and reliable delivery.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions and drive projects from idea to completion.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and strong communication skills for collaboration in a global remote team.
