Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

As an Air Conditioning Technician with Radisson Hotel Group, you will ensure the hotel’s cooling systems operate safely and efficiently. You will join a dedicated maintenance team that supports a global hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and related equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and troubleshoot issues.
• Replace defective components and verify system performance.
• Monitor and safely handle refrigerant levels in line with regulations.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust HVAC controls and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• Previous experience in air‑conditioning maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Basic communication skills in English.
