Aircraft Structures Technician II

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Technician II Structures to join its Line Maintenance team at Riyadh Airport. You will work hands‑on with aircraft, performing structural inspections, composite repairs, and resolving maintenance discrepancies to keep the fleet safe and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural inspections on aircraft in line maintenance.
• Execute composite repairs using wet lay‑up, prepreg, and hot bonder techniques.
• Apply Boeing 787 Composite Repair Certification procedures.
• Resolve maintenance discrepancies and ensure compliance with GACA regulations and Riyadh Air policies.
• Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to guarantee airworthiness before departure.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 2 years with composites and structures.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (GACA, FAA, EASA or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain police security clearance for airside operations.

Required skills

• Composite repair (wet lay‑up, prepreg, hot bonder).
• Knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals.
• Boeing 787 composite repair techniques and certification.
• Proficiency with aircraft structural inspection procedures.
• Understanding of GACA regulations and E&M procedures.
