About the role

The Airport Greeter welcomes FAENA, The Red Sea guests at the airport, delivering a warm, professional and ultra‑luxury first and last impression. This full‑time position is dedicated to Saudi nationals who can ensure seamless arrivals and departures, handling meet‑and‑greet services, luggage, and transfers with meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the airport with a personalized, polished welcome.
• Identify and escort VIP guests, providing priority handling.
• Coordinate transportation between the airport and the resort, arranging vehicles and schedules.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure safe transfer to vehicles or resort staff.
• Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff and transport providers as needed.
• Monitor flight arrivals and departures to synchronize guest services.
• Communicate any delays, special requests or changes to the resort team.
• Maintain meet‑and‑greet signage, materials and welcome setups.
• Uphold a polished appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Minimum 12 months experience in hospitality, airport operations or a similar guest‑service role.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with flight schedules.
