Analyst/ Consultant - Real Estate

About the role

This position is part of the Strategic Consultancy department of a global real estate firm based in Riyadh. It is designed for an early‑career professional eager to develop expertise in real‑estate advisory, market research, and feasibility analysis across the GCC and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ad‑hoc real‑estate consultancy requests and assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and tenders.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to analyse market supply, demand, pricing, performance, pipelines and outlooks.
• Evaluate development models (land lease, rental, sales) and assess project performance using metrics such as GLA, rental rates, sales values, land requirements and FAR.
• Maintain and update market databases covering historical data, existing supply, demand trends and future pipelines across multiple geographies.
• Perform segmentation and benchmarking across residential, retail, hospitality, office, industrial and entertainment assets.
• Analyse demographic and economic drivers to gauge real‑estate demand.
• Prepare market research reports, feasibility studies and financial projections, including DCF and IRR models in Excel.
• Develop presentations for internal stakeholders, clients and senior leaders using PowerPoint.
• Support business‑development activities and undertake site visits throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in real‑estate consulting, market research or feasibility studies.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as costs, revenues, cash flows, IRR and NPV.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
