About the role
The Analyzer Engineer will be responsible for the pre‑commissioning, commissioning, maintenance and calibration of medium‑complexity analyzers such as densitometers and water‑in‑oil systems within an oil and gas environment. The role ensures reliable operation of instrumentation and supports safe production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform pre‑commissioning and commissioning of densitometer and water‑in‑oil analyzers.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned analyzers.
- Carry out medium‑complexity calibrations, including zero, span and range adjustments.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Document inspection findings and generate corrective‑action lists.
- Manage instrumentation inventory, ensuring availability of spare parts and consumables.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Systems Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with analyzer systems, including operation and maintenance.
- In‑depth knowledge of oil and gas health and safety standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
