AP Microeconomics Teacher

About the role

An experienced and passionate AP Microeconomics teacher is sought to join a high-performing faculty and deliver the Advanced Placement curriculum to motivated high school students. The teacher prepares students for the AP examination while fostering critical thinking, analytical reasoning and the real-world application of economic principles.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students through core microeconomic concepts including supply and demand, market structures, consumer choice, production and cost theory, and government intervention.
• Prepare students for the AP Microeconomics examination.
• Help students apply economic thinking to local and global issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education or a related field.
• A valid teaching license or certification.
• Experience teaching AP Microeconomics, preferably in an international or American curriculum school.
• A strong commitment to academic excellence and student engagement.
