Application Manager

About the role

The Applications Manager will own the full lifecycle of core business applications for a multi‑brand food & beverage operation of about 50 branches. Acting as the bridge between operations, internal IT and external vendors, you will ensure the ordering platform, POS rollout, Dynamics 365 integration and cloud‑migration strategy are stable, integrated and well‑governed.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise and manage the Bonus Bites customer ordering platform, including release management, roadmap planning and after‑hours P1 coverage.
• Lead the end‑to‑end POS rollout across all locations, handling configuration, menu pricing, store onboarding, training and hyper‑care.
• Own functional and data integration between POS, ordering app and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (on‑premises), ensuring data integrity and proper change‑control.
• Define and govern the API layer that connects POS, ordering, loyalty, payments and ERP, establishing security, versioning and monitoring standards.
• Drive cloud‑migration and hybrid‑architecture strategies for application workloads.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts and escalations, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Run delivery using the internal ITSM platform (GLPI), enforcing change management, incident handling and release discipline.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level business applications in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and governance.
