Arabic Copywriting Specialist

About the role

Almosafer is seeking an Arabic Copywriting Specialist to own the brand voice across all touchpoints, from social media and CRM journeys to in‑app UX copy and travel packages. The role ensures every piece of content is on‑brand, culturally sharp, and conversion‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Write original, compelling Arabic copy for websites, apps, newsletters, brochures, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Develop travel packages, itineraries and promotional materials that inspire and convert.
• Create CRM content (email, push, SMS, in‑app) tailored to audience segments and lifecycle stages.
• Produce UX/UI microcopy, onboarding flows, error states, CTAs and product screens in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Use AI tools for ideation, drafting and versioning, testing and refining output to meet brand and cultural standards.
• Plan and run copy A/B tests across digital channels and use performance data to improve messaging.
• Act as final approver for Arabic content, reviewing work from internal writers, agencies and freelancers.
• Maintain consistent brand voice for Discover Saudi and Mawasim across all platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, Arabic Literature or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
• Proven track record in digital marketing copy (social, CRM, paid and owned channels).
• Hands‑on experience with AI content tools and a clear quality‑checking process.
• Familiarity with UX writing principles and content design for digital products.
• Excellent Arabic writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong cultural nuance.
• Fluent spoken and written English, able to present ideas and give feedback across departments.
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture and regional dialects.
