Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and coordination of civil engineering projects for manufacturing and plant facilities in Alkhomra, Jeddah. The role involves preparing preliminary studies, developing detailed architectural, electrical, and plumbing layouts, and ensuring that designs meet functional, safety, and cost requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce preliminary and final architectural drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Prepare electrical and plumbing layouts, material take‑offs (MTO) and bills of quantity (BOQ).
• Conduct feasibility, environmental impact, and site selection studies.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire‑fighting engineers to resolve design interferences.
• Inspect construction sites to verify compliance with drawings and prevent conflicts.
• Produce 3D renderings and manual perspective presentations.
• Assist with interior and landscape design when required.
• Maintain project documentation, minutes of meetings, and technical correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design for industrial or plant projects.
• Ability to work in Saudi Arabia; nationality preference for Saudi but any nationality accepted.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
• Experience with MicroStation.
• 3D modeling and rendering capabilities.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing layout preparation.
