Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Architect to join our Riyadh office. The role focuses on delivering innovative, functional and sustainable architectural solutions for a variety of projects, aligning with local building standards and the firm’s high‑quality ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept and detailed architectural designs that incorporate innovative and sustainable practices.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate advanced techniques.
• Apply local building codes and standards throughout the design and execution phases.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality, sustainability and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating innovative architectural design and practical application.
• Experience in project management and coordination of cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Middle‑East construction environment is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
