Architect – Design Training Centers in Jiddah

About the role

The Architect will lead the design of training centers and related facilities in Jiddah, creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client needs and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings.
• Produce 3D models and architectural plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology engineers and contractors.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi Arabian building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes.
• Oversee design execution, review construction progress, and propose adjustments to improve quality, cost, and schedule.
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and coordinate with suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or licensing is a plus.
• Strong architectural design and project‑management experience, from concept through completion.
• Knowledge of integrating architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology systems.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms or design‑automation tools.
• Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
