Architect Engineer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

Riymar is seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to lead the design and execution of real‑estate projects in Riyadh. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that architectural solutions meet project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory codes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for real‑estate projects.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, consultant, and contractor teams to integrate project works.
• Monitor on‑site architectural works to ensure execution follows approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and material specifications.
• Identify technical issues and propose design solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure adherence to building codes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real‑estate, construction, or development projects.
• Strong ability to read and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
