Architect / Interior Designer – Residential, Hospitality & Mixed Use

About the role

Luxakari Hospitality Group is expanding its premium real‑estate and hospitality ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are looking for a highly skilled Architect / Interior Designer to create premium interior solutions for residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings that convey design intent and execution requirements.
• Create space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring plans, wall elevations and interior packages.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards and design direction presentations for various styles and concepts.
• Utilise AI‑generated visuals (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E) to enhance client‑facing presentations.
• Produce working drawings, shop drawings, joinery details and technical interior documentation.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, accessories and FF&E items in line with budget and brand guidelines.
• Prepare FF&E schedules, support BOQ, cost coordination and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams and monitor fit‑out progress through handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical detailing and shop‑drawing review.
• Ability to deliver clean, modern, premium and commercially practical design solutions.
• Excellent presentation, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
