Senior Product Designer - Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its Agentic AI solutions. You will work on enterprise‑grade tools that turn AI recommendations into autonomous actions, helping customers trust and adopt AI across marketing, support, and CX functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for key Agentic AI initiatives, clarifying what AI does, why it does it, and when users should intervene.
• Translate complex autonomy, confidence, transparency, and control challenges into intuitive workflows.
• Elevate the overall visual and interaction quality of the platform, from information architecture to detailed UI elements.
• Design onboarding and educational experiences that accelerate AI adoption and build user confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise software, preferably with AI or data‑intensive products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify sophisticated technology for end users.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams.
