Architectural Cooperative Training (Coop) – Riyadh

About the role

Ezdihar Real Estate offers a Cooperative Training (Coop) position for an Architecture student to gain hands‑on experience in real‑estate development, architectural design, and project coordination. The trainee will work alongside senior architects, engineers, and project teams on residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in creating conceptual, schematic and design development packages.
• Prepare architectural drawings – floor plans, elevations, sections and details – using AutoCAD, Revit and related software.
• Develop 3D models, renderings and visualisations for presentations and marketing.
• Support technical drawing production, shop drawings, as‑built documentation and material schedules.
• Participate in coordination meetings, site visits and review of contractor submittals.
• Research Saudi Building Code, local regulations and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an Architecture degree program.
• Strong interest in real‑estate development and construction workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn Saudi building codes, BIM processes and on‑site construction methods.
